Katina Gilmore is a triple-licensed professional in Texas as a Registered Nurse, Esthetician, and Esthetics Instructor. She specializes in Afro-ethnic skincare and aesthetic dermatology services including laser hair removal, body contouring, injectables, and electrolysis.
Katina also created the term, Ally-Aging™ a philosophy and practice that reframes aging and encourages us to become allies to our evolving skin while honoring maturity, wisdom, and lived experience.
She founded The Black Estheticians & Skin Therapists Association in 2016 as a safe space for professional connection and growth. Katina also leads The Skin Health Coach and COCO Pod Skincare. She is known for challenging professionals to level up clinically and personally.
