Tiffany Medois

Tiffany is a licensed Esthetician with a background spanning media, journalism, and public health, and is the founder of National Black Estheticians’ Week (NBEW).
Before entering esthetics, Tiffany worked in television, radio, publishing, and brand communications, with roles at ABC’s The View, CBS Newsradio, Hot Topic, Mattel, and Audio Digest Foundation.
In 2020, she founded NBEW as both a celebration and a movement dedicated to increasing visibility, representation, education, and opportunity within the esthetics industry while highlighting the excellence of Black Estheticians and the needs of melanin-rich skin communities.
She holds a Master of Public Health from Loma Linda University and a Master of Specialized Journalism from University of Southern California.
With a background spanning both esthetics and public health, Tiffany emphasizes supporting healthy skin from within through nutrition, lifestyle, hydration, stress reduction, and overall wellness.
